Our autumn urban retreat offers a chance to deepen your practice under the guidance of a teacher, with a daily schedule that’s suitable for beginners (and others who might find sesshin too demanding).
This is a hybrid retreat: you can attend in person or join via Mixlr. We’ll also run Zoom in the 8:30 - 10:30am block. The Zoom view will show a long shot of the zendo, available to online participants only.
Opens Friday evening, finishes Sunday afternoon. You may attend part-time or full time.
BYO food.
To help us with planning please sign up by noon on Friday 25 March, either manually at the Centre or using this online form.
